Surface Cleanliness
Surface cleanliness grade Sa3 (ISO 8501-1), with dust quantity and size not exceeding Level 1 (ISO 8502-3).
Conductivity and Salt
Abrasive conductivity is below 90 μS/cm (ASTM D4940-25). Products with surface water-soluble salts below 20 mg/m² are available (ISO 8502-6/9). Compliant with NACE SP0108, NORSOK M-501, ISO 21809-1, DNVGL-RP-F102, and other applicable standards.
Surface Roughness
Selecting different particle sizes of OneGarnet blasting abrasive allows for surface roughness between 25 to 115 μm, creating a larger surface area that enhances coating adhesion.
Efficiency and Consumption
Hard rock almandine garnet with high hardness and toughness. Precisely crushed for sharp edges, enabling faster blasting and lower consumption than typical alluvial garnet.

Enhanced by a 10–15% almandine garnet blend, JadeCut reaches Sa2½ to Sa3 surface cleanliness, very close to Sa3 (ISO 8501-1), with dust quantity and size not exceeding Level 1 (ISO 8502-3).
